Founded in 1959 in Columbus, Ohio under the original name of Ed Yoak & Carl Smith on the principal that not all fabrication and parts suppliers are the same. After a long partnership together I obtained both halves of the business. I changed the name to ED&CO Racing Supplies to include my wife, and later on included my children also in the business.
Our chassis and racing parts have stood behind hundreds of drivers from coast to coast in nearly every racing division in motorsports. Drivers and racing competitors know they can depend on ED & CO Racing Supplies.
We have supplied race drivers and teams that have raced on tracks from the 2 1/2 mile track at Daytona Beach, Florida to the 1/4 mile shorts tracks in Canada and many other tracks from New York to the far west. We have built many chassis and race cars that have won many feature races and track championships and even hold several track speed records.
I have built race cars for Central Ohio tracks like Columbus Motor Speedway, Kil-Kare Speedway, Shady Bowl Speedway and in Indiana at Winchester Speedway, Avilla Speedway, and Anderson Speedway. Ed & CO Racing Supplies is your one stop shop for all your racing parts needs.
I also carry a full supply of most racing parts and supplies. We have serviced many tracks throughout the midwest and southern united states. We also handle a full line of Hoosier tires and Howe racing chassis.
We are one of only three race fabricators that is certified and approved to build and sell the ARCA trucks and chassis for the ARCA Lincoln Welders truck series. ED & CO Racing Supplies was involved with the first year of the ARCA Lincoln Welders truck series. I started with a small amount of truck chassis but still have many wins and two series championships an the first five years of competition.
We sell one of the best chassis in the racing industry. We set our prices at or below racing industry levels to help the beginning racer as well as the veteran racer. I set these standards in 1959 and still operate by them today
